    No discussion about the distinct flavors and delicacies of Kerala is complete without a mention of the famed Karimeen Pollichathu- a lip-smacking dish made using Karimeen or Pearl Spot fish, found in the backwaters of Kerala. This intensely flavored dish is made by broiling karimeen marinated with a rich blend of spices, and steaming it, wrapped in a banana leaf. The end result is a deliciously tender dish, that you can never get enough of. With a team of culinary experts managing our kitchen, our lunch menu includes one of the best Karimeen Pollichathu you would ever taste. 

  2. Kumarakom Style Fish Curry

    The Kumarakom Style Fish Curry is yet another star dish from our menu, inspired by a classic Kumarakom lunch recipe. Served with rice, this spicy and tangy red color fish curry makes one’s mouth water at its sheer mention. 

  3. Elements from the Traditional Kerala Sadhya

    The traditional “Sadhya” is the heart and soul of Kerala cuisine. Consisting of a variety of traditional vegetarian dishes served on a banana leaf, especially around Onam time, the Sadhya has fame of its own. To offer our guests the best of the local cuisine, we have incorporated several elements from the quintessential Kerala Sadhya in our lunch menu, such as thoran, mezhukkupuratti, injicurry, and Kalan. 

  4. No Better Dessert than a Payasam

    The Kerala state takes incredible pride in its quintessential dessert, the payasam. Many legends surround this dessert which resembles a rice pudding or kheer. It is typically flavored with saffron, cardamom, raisins, and/or various nuts. Served even in the royal palaces, the payasam gives an elaborate sadhya, the perfect ending it deserves. 

  5. Snacks Straight from a Kerala Kitchen

    If you ask us, there is no better snack than an ethakkappam or pazham pori (banana fritters) too much on with tea, on a rainy evening. With traditional flavors anchoring our menu, our evening snacks include local delicacies like banana fritters and onion pakoda, served with coffee or tea.
